Congratulations to Qualifier Charters and Paul Mann Custom Boats! Qualifier released a Grand Slam both days and received cash awards for First Place with a total of 800 points, Winner Take All, and Daily Winner Day 1 and Day 3. Paul Mann Custom Boats holds the Dare County Boat Builders Foundation Perpetual Trophy for 2016.
